The company strengthens its position in a mobility market of more than 40,000 million dollars

Madrid, January 2022. – Eysa, a leading Spanish company in mobility solutions with operations in Spain, Latin America and the United States, has been chosen as the best bidder to acquire Tecsidel, which develops intelligent transport systems (ITS), tolls and control access, logistics and IT solutions through an innovative pre-pack operation.

In this way, Eysa continues to advance in its strategic plan to become a global player in solutions aimed at the mobility of people and goods, as well as in the control of access to cities (Low Emission Zones and Urban Toll) and multimodal solutions focused on the integration of public transport.

Among the business divisions that Tecsidel has, the Toll and ITS solutions stand out, covering both the software design and the integration of the necessary hardware to operate and control the infrastructures, with cutting-edge systems such as 'Free Flow', where Tecsidel has been a pioneer at a global level, which allow the implementation of smart charging by eliminating physical barriers. Thus, infrastructure costs are reduced, ensuring a reliable operation without risk of fraud, increasing traffic mobility, and reducing congestion and pollution.
